Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of five years in leadership or management roles in healthcare or behavioral health.
• Experience overseeing multi-site operations and leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Proven budgeting, performance metrics, and outcomes management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple OTP clinics within a designated region and oversee daily operations.
• Provide direction to clinic administrators and leadership teams to ensure consistency.
• Drive regional financial performance and budget achievement.
• Develop leaders, mentor teams, and support succession planning.
• Strengthen community partnerships with referral sources and stakeholders.
• Travel ~75% to engage onsite with clinics and leadership.
