Job summary

Pinnacle Search seeks an experienced Business Development Associate to grow our client's footprint in Georgia by developing and nurturing strong referral relationships with case managers, discharge planners, referral coordinators, and physicians across the state.

The role involves building partnerships, setting daily/weekly sales plans, representing the company at local events, and guiding clients through onboarding, acting as a liaison between clients and referral sources to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications

• Experience in home health care preferred.
• Strong communication and networking abilities.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple referral sources.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources/community partners.
• Establish daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans to achieve goals.
• Represent the company at local/regional recruiting events and community outreach.
• Provide support to clients throughout onboarding and beyond.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and referral sources.
• Track and manage the referral-to-SOC process.
• Ensure client satisfaction and ongoing relationship health.
• Maintain professional relationships with referral sources and internal/external partners.
• Document referral communications in CRM.
