Job summary

The role emphasizes field-based, KPI-driven activities with travel across the territory, building brand presence and market intelligence for Pinnacle’s OTP/MAT programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of business development, sales, account management, or community outreach experience.
• Experience managing a defined territory with measurable growth or retention results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage professional referral relationships in the territory.
• Own outcomes across the state or multi-county territory.
• Collaborate with treatment center leadership to ensure consistent capacity and follow-through.
• Monitor referrals, admissions, and CRM data to drive growth.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and territory plans.
