Job summary

Rimkus seeks a Business Development Manager to expand our client base and promote our expert services in a local, provincial, and national context. You will develop relationships with corporate, municipal, and government clients, pursuing new opportunities while maintaining high client satisfaction.

The role requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business and 5+ years in consultative sales or business development, with travel up to 80%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business or related field.
• 5+ years of consultative sales or business development experience.
• Experience in building engineering, roofing, or construction industries.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize market potential and client satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue prospective clients to develop new relationships.
• Sell services to corporate, municipal, and government clients to secure accounts.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and promote value-added services.
• Maintain CRM with contacts, leads, opportunities in real time.
• Travel up to 80% locally; participate in events as needed.
