Job summary

Rimkus in Phoenix is seeking a Business Development Manager to promote engineering services and grow our client base. You will manage relationships with corporate, municipal, and developer clients, while driving revenue through strategic outreach and proposals.

You will work with operations to supply qualified experts, track opportunities in CRM, and travel up to 80% locally. A strong background in sales within construction or building disciplines is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business or related field.
• 5+ years of consultative sales or business development experience.
• Experience in building engineering, roofing, or construction industries.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes competitive sales strategies to maximize market potential.
• Identify prospective clients and develop new relationships and opportunities.
• Sell Rimkus services to corporate and municipal clients and maintain accounts.
• Reinforce relationships with current clients and promote value-added services.
• Plan growth calls and consistently follow up to close opportunities.
• Maintain CRM with contacts, activities, leads, and opportunities in real time.
• Coordinate with operations to provide qualified experts and respond to proposals.
• Liaise between operations and clients and support collections as needed.
• Participate in industry events and client functions; travel locally as required.
