Job summary

Rimkus Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to promote the company’s expert services in an assigned sales territory.

You will develop a solid client base through direct or indirect contact, secure new business, and maintain accounts with existing clients while increasing Rimkus’ presence in local and national markets. You will collaborate with leadership to meet revenue goals, resolve client concerns, and travel extensively to client sites and events as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of professional-level experience in consultative sales, business development, client relationship management, or account management.
• Experience with the building engineering, roofing, or construction industries.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute competitive sales and relationship strategies within assigned territory to maximize market potential and client satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue prospective clients to develop new relationships and opportunities.
• Sell Rimkus services to corporate, municipal, and governmental clients to secure new accounts and repeat business.
• Reinforce relationships with current clients through regular contact and promotion of value-added services.
