Job summary

Rimkus is seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to expand our local, provincial, and national market presence. You will drive revenue growth by securing new accounts, nurturing relationships, and promoting our engineering and construction services to diverse clients.

You will travel locally up to 80%, mentor a small team of Business Development Managers, and collaborate with operations to address client needs while maintaining high standards of professionalism and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business or related field.
• 8-10+ years in consultative sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience with building engineering, roofing, or construction industries.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes competitive sales and relationship strategies to maximize market potential and client satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue prospective clients to develop new relationships and opportunities.
• Sell Rimkus services to corporate, municipal, and government clients to secure new accounts.
• Maintain relationships with current clients and promote value-added services for future business.
• Plan and conduct growth calls to increase market penetration and close opportunities.
• Maintain CRM with contacts, leads, and opportunities in real time.
