Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems seeks an Associate Territory Manager to drive sales and expand our patient-focused therapy. You will partner with field sales, deliver clinical coverage, and support regional initiatives across assigned markets.

Responsibilities include managing accounts, promoting the Inspire therapy, providing technical support during procedures, and building strong customer relationships while traveling as needed within defined territories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combined education and work experience (4+ years).
• 2+ years of sales or 3+ years in other industries, or clinical/sales support in medical devices.
• Marketing experience or patient-facing clinical experience is acceptable.
• Willingness to travel within defined geographic area; medical device industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and ongoing account management to drive productivity and growth within assigned territory and/or accounts.
• Manage revenue-generating projects and goals to support account ownership.
• Work with Territory Managers to increase selling time.
• Deliver service through team directives, revenue impact, clinical education needs, and new business opportunities.
• Promote Inspire therapy within an assigned area to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Assist in developing quarterly business plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Provide clinical and technical support during implant procedures and device activations as needed.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with customers, office staff, and other key stakeholders.
