Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems in the United States is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to partner with the field sales team, drive adoption of Inspire therapy in designated markets, provide territory and clinical coverage, and support expansion initiatives.

You will collaborate with the Regional Manager and Territory Managers, deliver clinical education, develop quarterly plans to hit revenue targets, and travel within a defined geographic area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combined education and work experience (4+ years).
• 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, patient-facing clinical experience, or sales support in medical devices, or 3+ years in sales in other industries.
• Preferred experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to travel within defined geographic area.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and ongoing account management to drive productivity and growth within assigned territory and/or accounts.
• Manages revenue-generating projects and goals to support account ownership.
• Works seamlessly with Territory Managers, allowing them increased selling time.
• Delivers exceptional service through team driven directives, revenue impact, clinical education needs, and execution of new business opportunities.
• Promotes the Inspire therapy within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Assists in developing quarterly business plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Provides clinical and technical support during implant procedures and device activations as needed.
• Develops and strengthens relationships with customers, office staff, and other key stakeholders.
