Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems is seeking a field-based Territory Manager to drive therapy development and funnel growth within a regional healthcare network. You will educate providers, grow referrals, and support community awareness events while coordinating with Territory Managers to expand physician engagement.

The role requires clinical understanding of Inspire therapy, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and willingness to travel within the territory, including overnights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree mandatory or 4 years sales experience in pharma/healthcare/medical devices.
• 2 years working directly with Inspire Medical Systems therapy in a clinical setting is acceptable in lieu of degree.
• Ability to travel within territory (including overnights) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a customer targeting sequence on a weekly basis.
• Educate providers (PCPs, Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and other therapists) about Inspire therapy.
• Develop and grow referral channels to increase therapy adoption.
• Support community education programs and awareness events.
• Partner with Territory Managers to expand physician engagement and practice growth.
• Conduct market assessments to identify growth opportunities and referral gaps.
• Log customer engagements in the CRM and maintain patient pathways.
• Provide clinical coverage as needed and understand implant workflows.
