Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems, Inc. is seeking a Field Clinical Representative to provide technical and clinical expertise, educate users, and support safe adoption of the Inspire therapy. You will collaborate with physicians, clinics, and Inspire staff to drive procedural success and patient outcomes.

The role requires travel within the territory, post-training follow-up, and ongoing engagement with customers and sales teams to deliver education and device support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in a scientific/clinical field; relevant experience welcomed.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate in a clinical setting.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Willingness to travel within territory including overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support during implant procedures and device activation.
• Maintain credentials enabling access to hospitals and clinics.
• Lead education for account clinical staff and conduct post-training follow-ups.
• Assist customers in device troubleshooting and collaborate with sales for training.
• Disseminate peer-reviewed clinical information to customers and sales teams.
• Provide expertise for regional education and training activities.
• Stay current on scientific publications and clinical evidence.
