Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems is seeking a Territory Manager to lead commercialization of obstructive sleep apnea therapy in an assigned sales territory. You will drive the sales plan, increase therapy awareness, and evaluate new accounts within your territory.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of medical device or pharmaceutical sales experience (or 5 years overall, or 3 years with Inspire) plus strong MS Office skills, travel flexibility, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of medical device or pharmaceutical sales experience, or 5 years in medical sales without a degree.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to travel within territory and manage competing priorities with changing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Understand OSA technology, device implantation and follow-up procedures.
• Drive implant growth to meet sales plan and increase access to therapy.
• Lead commercial site assessment, selection and development within the territory.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales quota.
• Ensure commercial centers follow patient selection guidelines and implantation techniques.
• Facilitate local payer education and reimbursement processes.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales operations to refine outreach programs.
