Job summary

Gesture US, Inc. is seeking a Territory Growth Manager to own revenue in designated markets, including Denver and New York. You will drive consumer app growth, build local partnerships, and execute events that convert community presence into measurable results.

This boots-on-the-ground role rewards performance with base pay plus territory KPI bonuses and commissions on qualified referrals, all supported by a marketing-led strategy and Reach360 collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in field marketing, community growth, or market launch roles.
• Alumni of Yelp, Lyft, Uber, DoorDash, or similar market-launch orgs preferred.
• End-to-end event execution: sourcing, promotion, hosting, ROI reporting.
• Strong sales fundamentals: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing.
• Comfort with CRM and analytics to track pipeline and forecast.

Responsibilities

• Own territory growth targets for consumer app signups, activation, and engagement.
• Study local market trends, user behavior, and competitor moves to spot opportunities.
• Design and host market events end to end: mixers, meetups, activations.
• Recruit power users and cultivate local community collaborations.
• Bridge B2C and B2B leads to Reach360 and manage partnerships.
