Job summary

Advantage 360 seeks a Sales Director to lead the US sales strategy and drive growth across a defined geography. The role focuses on market penetration, relationship building, and forecasting sales targets while coordinating with Motive teams to deliver customer solutions.

You will develop territory plans, close large deals, and collaborate with partners. Travel up to 75% will be required; routing follows business needs and client demand.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory sales plans by implementing sales and marketing strategies; analyze trends and results, close deals.
• Forecast annual sales and set objectives; project volume and profit for existing and new products.
• Maintain sales volume, product mix, and pricing; stay abreast of supply, demand, and competitors.
• Identify new sales opportunities through industry contacts and Motive teams; drive revenue growth.
• Negotiate contracts with customers and procurement; ensure accountability across sales staff.
