Job summary

Gesture is seeking a Senior Account Executive for the Reach360 team in the US. The role is hybrid with Denver or NYC as possible bases, and remote options outside those hubs.

You will own your territory, build pipelines, and close business while representing Reach360 at industry events. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of B2B sales experience in the CPG space, an active network, CRM proficiency, and a willingness to travel for conferences and client visits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in the CPG space.
• Active network of CPG contacts and a book of business to activate from day one.
• Regular presence at industry trade shows and conferences in the CPG space.

Responsibilities

• Drive Revenue: Meet and exceed personal sales targets across the CPG vertical.
• Build Pipeline: Prospect for new clients through outreach, networking, conferences, and referrals.
• Consultative Selling: Match prospects with Reach360 solutions using deep consumer journey insights.
• Close Business: Demonstrate closing mentality, follow through, and finalize deals.
• Entertain & Engage: Build meaningful relationships through strategic outreach and in-person events.
• Attend Conferences: Represent Reach360 at industry events and trade shows.
