Job summary

EFCO is seeking a Territory Manager in Training to act as the primary advisor for formwork buyers within a designated region. You will drive profitable growth by offering EFCO’s forming systems, develop industry relationships, and deliver tailored, cost-effective solutions that help clients build safely and efficiently.

You will manage the full sales cycle, use Salesforce for forecasting, and consistently exceed outreach and revenue goals, while growing expertise through ongoing sales training

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.
• Proven sales experience and a track record of closing deals.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with forming systems and construction processes.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret drawings.
• Experience negotiating terms, pricing, and timelines.
• Demonstrates a proactive, results-driven sales approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand EFCO's market presence in your territory through strategic prospecting and relationship building.
• Position EFCO as the preferred supplier for formwork and shoring systems with key decision-makers.
• Use a consultative sales approach to uncover customer needs and close high-value deals.
• Conduct on-site visits, utilize EFCO marketing materials, and provide expert guidance.
• Manage the entire sales cycle and forecast monthly results.
• Serve as a trusted consultant, delivering exceptional customer support throughout the project lifecycle.
