Job summary

EFCO Forming & Shoring Solutions seeks a Formwork Specialist / Territory Manager in the United States to lead customer engagements, drive profitable growth, and promote EFCO forming systems to contractors. You will build deep regional relationships, understand client needs, and deliver tailored, cost-efficient solutions.

Ideal candidates bring knowledge of concrete construction, strong communication, and sales experience, with the ability to read blueprints and collaborate with engineers.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of concrete forming and shoring is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Experience in consultative sales and relationship building is a plus.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with customers and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand EFCO's market presence within your territory through strategic prospecting and relationship building.
• Position EFCO as the go-to supplier for formwork and shoring systems by engaging key decision-makers.
• Use a consultative sales approach to uncover customer needs, present solutions, and close high-value deals.
• Conduct on-site visits, leverage EFCO marketing materials, and provide expert guidance to showcase benefits of EFCO solutions.
• Manage and control the entire sales cycle with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
