Sysco in Hutchinson, MN is seeking an experienced outside sales professional to promote our products and build relationships with new and existing accounts. The role may require non-traditional hours to meet customer needs and to drive profitable sales growth.

You will develop new business, qualify prospects, research customer needs, and coordinate product and service offers while staying informed about market trends, pricing, and competitors. A valid driver's license and vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts or related discipline OR HSD/GED with 3 years Restaurant Management, B2B or outside sales experience.
• Bi-Lingual preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets company insurability standards.

Responsabilités

• Develop new business, penetrate existing accounts, and minimize lost business to achieve profitable sales growth and special objectives within assigned territory.
• Seek and qualify prospects following company account stratification goals.
• Research customer business needs and develops a mix of products and service to meet needs.
• Be informed of market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales; share information with customers as part of value-added services provided.
• Provide product information and practical training to customer personnel.
• Drive personal vehicle to customer accounts, conventions, company meetings, etc.

Formation
