Job summary

Sysco is seeking an experienced outside Sales Professional to promote products and build relationships with new and existing accounts. You may work non-traditional hours to meet customer needs and drive profitable sales growth in your territory.

Responsibilities include developing new business, qualifying prospects, and delivering training, with driving to customer sites and coordinating deliveries. Strong MS Office skills and valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of related sales/management experience specified.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours to meet customer needs.
• Valid driver’s license with insurability and auto insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and penetrate accounts to achieve profitable growth.
• Qualify prospects and tailor product/service mix to customer needs.
• Visit customer accounts by driving personal vehicle; provide training and product info.
• Manage routing, deliveries, and collect accounts receivable per credit terms.
• Participate in meetings, training, and sales reviews; prepare budgets and quotes.
