Job summary

Sysco is seeking an outside sales professional to promote products and services, build relationships with new and existing accounts, and drive growth. You may work non-traditional hours to meet customer needs and support a broad portfolio across multiple divisions.

Ideal candidates have a background in business, sales, or hospitality with strong communication skills and a willingness to travel to customer sites and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts or related discipline, OR HSD/GED with 3 years Restaurant Management, B2B or outside sales experience, or equivalent relatable experience including Sysco Sales Internship.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business, penetrate existing accounts, and minimize lost business to achieve profitable sales growth and objectives within assigned territory.
• Seek and qualify prospects following account stratification goals.
• Research customer needs and develop a mix of products and services to meet needs.
