Job summary

Shamrock Foods Company seeks an Account Executive to drive profitable sales growth within restaurant, hotel, and institutional accounts. You will prospect, expand your territory, maintain relationships, and present our products face-to-face, using English/Spanish bilingual skills when appropriate.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, menu engineering support, cost analysis, and utilizing Shamrock resources to highlight product innovations.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• 2+ years’ experience in culinary, restaurant operations, foodservice, or related experience preferred.
• Previous successful sales experience a plus.
• Current driver license; willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new customers and build a territory to grow the customer base.
• Maintain current customer base and grow the share of the customer’s business.
• Impact customer success through supporting menu engineering and food cost analysis.
• Share new product innovation through Shamrock resources and demonstrations.
• Build multi-level relationships to grow accounts and drive profitability.
• Leverage technology to improve customer efficiency and experience.
