Job summary

Shamrock Foods Company is seeking an Account Executive to maximize sales growth on a commission basis. You will represent Shamrock products and services to restaurants, resorts, hotels, and other institutional establishments through face-to-face interactions in the assigned territory.

The role emphasizes prospecting new customers, maintaining and expanding the current base, and leveraging Shamrock resources for product demos and cost analyses.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• 2+ years’ experience in culinary, restaurant operations, foodservice, or related fields preferred.
• Previous successful sales experience a plus.
• Current driver license.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Prospect new customers and build a territory to grow the customer base.
• Maintain current customer base and grow the share of the customer’s business.
• Impact customer success through supporting menu engineering and food cost analysis.
• Conduct product demonstrations and comparisons at customer locations.
• Share new product innovation using Shamrock resources.
• Build and manage multi-level relationships in the businesses served.
• Keep accounts current; optimize sales, service, and delivery; collect past-due balances.
• Leverage technology to improve customer efficiency and drive experience.
