Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; college degree a plus.
• 2+ years in culinary, restaurant operations, foodservice, or related sales preferred.
• Experience in sales is a plus.
• Current driver license.
• Comfort using technology and analyzing customer data.
• Knowledgeable on industry trends and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new customers and build a territory to grow the customer base.
• Maintain current customer base and grow the share of the customer's business.
• Impact customer success through supporting menu engineering and food cost analysis.
• Share market intelligence and industry trends.
• Demonstrating products on-site at customers' restaurant or facility.
• Building multi-level relationships in the businesses you serve.
• Leverage technology to improve customer efficiency and experience.
• Keep accounts current; optimize sales, service, and delivery and collect past-due balances.
• Participate in ongoing training to develop skills.
• Other duties as assigned.
