Job summary

Forbo Flooring Systems is seeking two Sales Representatives to drive growth across Colorado & Utah and Pennsylvania & Ohio in the United States. You will develop territory plans, cultivate relationships with architects, designers, end users, flooring contractors and distributors to generate specifications and sales.

The successful candidate will present products, manage projects from prospecting to installation, and collaborate across support teams to ensure excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside sales or business development experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage a multi-state territory independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve sales growth.
• Identify and pursue opportunities in healthcare, education, corporate, government, and other markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, contractors, distributors, and end users.
• Conduct product presentations, lunch-and-learns, and training sessions.
• Generate product specifications that convert into projects.
• Manage project pipelines from prospecting to completion.
• Collaborate with support, marketing, and operations to ensure great customer experiences.
• Monitor market trends and competition within the territory.
