Job summary

Floor Coverings International of Southwest Denver is seeking a Territory Manager to drive business development for the SW Denver area, serving residential and commercial clients with flooring solutions. You will manage leads, conduct in-home consultations, present proposals, and close sales.

As an independent contractor, you’ll work remotely with a flexible schedule, supported by ongoing training and a strong commission structure designed to reward performance and growth in a trusted

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales, business development, account management, or territory management experience (preferred in flooring/remodeling/real estate).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• High professionalism and commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Property Managers, Realtors, Builders to become preferred vendor.
• Develop new clients via networking, referrals, and provided leads.
• Conduct in-home or on-site consultations to assess needs and propose flooring solutions.
• Prepare professional proposals and quotes; close sales and manage journey through installation.
• Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain regular client contact to ensure satisfaction and identify future opportunities.
