Job summary

Topaz HR is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to promote flooring products and related materials across assigned territories in Pennsylvania. This full-time, field-based role emphasizes building relationships, meeting with customers in person, and driving growth for a growing flooring distributor.

The ideal candidate has experience in flooring, building materials, or outside sales, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in flooring, building materials, construction or related outside sales.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, results-driven, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business with flooring contractors, installers, retailers.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct in-person sales visits and product demonstrations.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products.
• Collaborate with internal sales to fulfill orders.
• Stay informed on industry trends, pricing and competitors.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and report on activities.
• Manage assigned territory and plan customer visits.
