DFC is seeking ambitious sales professionals in the Fire and EMT space to own sales for a designated territory in the United States. As 1099 independent contractors, you will earn commissions based on gross profit from each sale, with substantial earning potential.

Most representatives are firefighters and benefit from product knowledge; the role can be full-time or strong second income, with territory ownership and direct engagement with decision-makers in fire departments and EMS organizations.

Qualifications

• 1099 independent contractor status with commission-only pay.
• Earn approximately 40% of gross profit on each sale.
• Often former firefighters; knowledge base benefits product understanding.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales action plans and strategies.
• Schedule sales activity and calls to customers.
• Present company products and services to clients.
• Negotiate with clients and develop sales proposals.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and strong client relationships.
