Qualifications

• Experience with fire service equipment and tools.
• Familiarity with basic computer applications and data entry.
• Understanding of customer service principles and practices.
• Foundational knowledge of business concepts and sales principles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales action plans and strategies for assigned territory.
• Schedule sales activity and make calls to new and existing customers.
• Develop and present company products and services to clients.
• Negotiate with clients and develop sales proposals.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email or in person and maintain relationships.
• Follow up on sales activity and report progress to management.
• Participate in sales events and training.
