Job summary

Dinges Fire Company is seeking proactive sales professionals to manage assigned accounts and territories. You will build relationships with Fire and EMT decision-makers and drive the sales of fire service products and services, while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

All salespersons operate as 1099 independent contractors with commission-based earnings—approximately 40% of gross profit on each sale.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales action plans and strategies.
• Schedule sales activity.
• Make sales calls to new and existing customers.
• Develop and present company products and services to clients.
• Negotiate with clients.
• Develop sales proposals.
• Respond to sales inquiries via phone, email or in person.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships.
• Follow up on sales activity.
• Monitor and report on sales activities to management.
• Participate in sales events and trainings.
