Job summary

Mann Fire & Security in Central Florida is seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Manager to drive growth in fire alarm systems for General Contractors, Electrical Contractors, and end-users. You will cultivate contractor relationships, pursue ERCES and life-safety projects, and collaborate with engineering and estimating teams to deliver competitive proposals.

The role requires 5+ years in fire alarm sales, a related bachelor’s degree preferred, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of successful fire alarm sales experience.
• Proven track record selling to General Contractors, Electrical Contractors, and public/private sector clients.
• Located in Central Florida; Orlando–Tampa area preferred.
• Familiarity with construction lifecycle and bid processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and develop relationships with contractors to promote Mann Fire’s Public Safety Solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with contractors, end-users, and government agencies.
• Monitor bid opportunities and pursue new business.
• Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and estimating teams on proposals.
• Stay current with industry trends, code changes, and competitor activity.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations to contractors and decision-makers.
• Manage and report on sales pipeline, activities, and forecasts in CRM.
