Job summary

Emser Tile in McAllen, Texas seeks an Outside Sales Representative to call on existing and new clientele, work with builders, designers, GCs, and other decision makers in the sales and installation process. This role drives sales, grows accounts, and develops new sales channels in the assigned territory.

The OSR travels the territory, establishes relationships, and delivers excellent service by processing orders and credits promptly, promoting Emser products and staying informed on market

Qualifications

• Successful track record in an outside sales environment (preferably flooring or building materials).
• Solid analytical skills in identifying client needs and linking to product offerings.
• Demonstrated expertise in collaborative sales techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate and sustain relationships with Emser clients and partners.
• Ability to analyze market conditions and competitive dynamics for strategic responses.
• Strong listening, communication, energy, and endurance.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and establishes relationships with new and existing clientele.
