Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to recruit local small businesses into our delivery partner program. This outside sales role is field-based in Bremerton, WA, with a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission and a two-hour radius travel expectation.

You will visit businesses, build relationships with owners and decision-makers, present program benefits, and guide partners through onboarding.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience.
• Outside sales or field sales experience preferred.
• CRM experience with Salesforce preferred.
• Ability to travel throughout the territory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and visit businesses throughout the assigned territory.
• Build relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
• Present program benefits and answer questions from prospective partners.
• Qualify leads and support businesses through the application process.
• Manage activity, pipeline, and follow-up in Salesforce.
• Attend networking, recruiting, and community outreach events.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Excel.
• Deliver a positive experience throughout recruitment and onboarding.
