Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a contract ADE - WA to recruit local businesses for a new Bremerton, WA delivery program. You will visit businesses, pitch the opportunity, guide applications, and manage the Salesforce pipeline while collaborating with a Field Manager and community partners.

The role requires travel up to two hours and offers mileage reimbursement, a $50 monthly phone stipend, and PTO after six months. This is a hybrid Bremerton-based position with a pay rate of $32/hr.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales and/or customer service experiences.
• Outside/Field Sales experience required.
• CRM Experience Required, preferably Salesforce.
• Account management skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns (up to 1.5 hours driving distance).
• Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses and generate interest to apply.
• Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process, manage lead activity, and oversee the pipeline in Salesforce.
• Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events in the community, such as lunch and learns and town hall meetings.
• Collaborate with local influencers like chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
• Import Excel spreadsheets and enter activity into Salesforce weekly.
