Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, customer service, recruiting, or business development experience.
• Experience in outside sales, field sales, or territory-based roles preferred.
• CRM experience required; Salesforce preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned market.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage local businesses through face-to-face outreach.
• Present the delivery partner opportunity and generate interest among business owners.
• Qualify prospective partners and assist them through the application and onboarding process.
• Manage leads, pipeline activity, and reporting within Salesforce.
• Support local recruiting events, networking opportunities, and community outreach efforts.
• Build relationships with chambers of commerce, business groups, and referral partners.
• Generate leads through networking and community engagement.
• Provide outstanding customer service and ongoing support to prospective partners.
• Complete follow-up activities, reporting, and administrative tasks from a home office setting.
