Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to launch a new delivery program in the Omaha area. You will recruit local businesses, pitch the program, guide applicants through onboarding, and maintain a Salesforce pipeline. The role is field-focused with travel within a two-hour radius and offers uncapped commissions.

You will collaborate with a Field Manager, organize community events, and develop partnerships with local organizations to drive program awareness and referrals.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in outbound sales.
• Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce preferred.
• Proven sales, account management, recruiting, or customer service.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to four hours round trip daily.

Responsibilities

• Visit prospective businesses door to door within ~2 hours driving distance.
• Present and pitch the new delivery program to local businesses.
• Qualify prospects and guide them through the application process.
• Lead and track sales activity in Salesforce and maintain pipeline.
• Support events and engage local chambers of commerce to drive referrals.
• Import Excel data into Salesforce weekly for reporting.
