Aston Carter invites an ADE to join a brand-new Portland delivery recruitment program. You will recruit local businesses, present the opportunity, and guide applicants through the process while coordinating events and partnerships with local organizations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales or customer service.
• Experience in outside/field sales.
• CRM experience, Salesforce preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit prospective businesses door-to-door within a two-hour drive.
• Present and pitch the program to generate interest.
• Qualify prospects and guide them through the application process.
• Lead activities and manage the pipeline in Salesforce.
• Assist in planning and hosting recruitment events.
• Collaborate with local partners and engage chambers of commerce.
