Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Representative for the Bremerton, WA market. This field-based role focuses on recruiting local small businesses into a delivery partner program, building relationships with owners and decision-makers, and guiding onboarding processes.

In this outside sales position, you will prospect, qualify, and close opportunities, while managing Salesforce activity and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience.
• Previous outside/field sales experience preferred.
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the territory.

Location: This field-based position supports the Bremerton, WA market. Candidates located in Bremerton, Tacoma, Gig Harbor, and surrounding areas are encouraged to apply.

About the Role

We're seeking a motivated sales professional to recruit local small businesses into a growing delivery partner program. You'll spend your time in the field building relationships with business owners, presenting the program, qualifying prospects, and guiding partners through the onboarding process.

This is an outside sales role offering a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.

This is a Contract position based out of Bremerton, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
