Job summary

Altitude Development Group is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to engage with small and medium-sized businesses in a defined territory, presenting supplemental insurance products and building lasting client relationships. You will work face-to-face with business owners, managers, and employees, managing your own schedule while receiving training and ongoing support from the team.

• Experience in outside/field sales is preferred.
• Licensing in Health & Life insurance or willingness to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills required.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers face-to-face in the territory.
• Deliver product presentations and discuss supplemental insurance offerings.
• Build and maintain your own book of business and hit monthly/quarterly targets.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
