Altitude Development Group is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to engage with business owners and decision-makers in your territory. You will present supplemental insurance products, build lasting business relationships, and manage your own schedule within a dynamic field role.

You should be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and capable of overcoming objections. Prior sales experience is a plus, with potential for advancement and bonuses as you grow your own book of business.

Responsibilities

• Sell supplemental insurance products to small/medium businesses in assigned territory.

• Set and follow up on appointments, maintain a book of business.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with manager support.
• Balance cold outreach with warm leads and existing clients.
