Herc-U-Lift, Inc. seeks a Field Territory Sales Representative to join our Industrial Forklift business development team in Des Moines, IA.

You will develop new, used, and rental sales strategies to attract and retain clients within your assigned territory, and build strong relationships with customers. You are an experienced, driven sales professional with a proven track record of establishing and growing accounts.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; associates degree preferred.
• Must reside in assigned territory and have a valid driver’s license.
• Experience using CRM and managing sales pipelines; proven quota attainment.
• Proficient in MS Office and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Understand and sell our material handling equipment, including forklifts and allied gear.
• Be the main point of contact between the company and multiple customer accounts in Industrial Forklifts.
• Maintain regular cadence of communication with customers.
• Drive growth and retention by understanding client needs and delivering solutions.
• Research accounts and generate or follow through on sales leads.
• Analyze customer fleet metrics to communicate account reviews and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Manager and Technicians to renew and expand opportunities.
• Attend meetings, sales events, and training to stay updated.
