Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Field Sales Representative to own and grow sales in the Fairfield, CA territory. You will build relationships with store managers, execute wall‑to‑wall coverage of Nestlé items, and drive promotions, new items, and core distribution.

The role requires 2+ years in retail sales, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel up to 40%. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, with competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology or related field.
• 2+ years of retail sales, merchandising or retail management experience of CPG products preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License in good standing.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills; strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems; ability to analyze data for selling tactics.
• Willingness to travel and work independently to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Sell incremental volume for displays and promotions.
• Lead promotional surveys for displays and promotions.
• Collaborate with store-level and district-level personnel to drive volume.
• Manage expenditures responsibly and ensure pricing guideline compliance.
• Identify voids and ensure new items are available and merchandised properly.
• Build and maintain relations with territory store personnel to maximize sales.
