Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Field Sales Representative to own and deliver sales across a territory by building relationships with Store Managers and retail personnel. You will drive wall-to-wall sales coverage, address out-of-stocks, speed to shelf for new items, and optimize promotions while maintaining strong customer relations.

The role requires travel within the territory and close collaboration with store teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of retail sales, merchandising or retail management experience (CPG) preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License in good standing.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Sell incremental volume for display and obtain maximum support for promoted products.
• Sell promotional surveys for displays.
• Sell additional products based on opportunities observed.
• Collaborate with store-level/district-level personnel to drive volume through business reviews.
• Lead expenditure of financial resources in a fiscally responsible manner.
• Ensure compliance with pricing guidelines at retail level.
• Report price changes and promotional support; address pricing issues.
