Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Field Sales Representative to manage a Stockton, CA territory, building relationships with Store Managers and retail staff to drive sales, displays, and new item availability. You will cover wall-to-wall Nestlé items, address out-of-stocks, and ensure price and promotional compliance.

The role requires a valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 40%. The approximate pay range is $57,000–$66,000 base with annual bonus, plus benefits including 401k match and

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years in retail sales, merchandising or retail management for CPG products (preferred).
• Valid driver's license in good standing required.
• Strong customer service, organizational, selling and analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Sell incremental volume for displays and maximize support for promoted products.
• Sell promotional surveys for displays.
• Sell additional products based on opportunities observed.
• Collaborate with store/district personnel to create and execute business reviews.
• Lead expenditure of financial resources in a fiscally responsible manner.
• Ensure pricing guideline compliance at the retail level.
• Report competitive price changes and promotional support; resolve pricing issues.
• Identify and correct voids; ensure new items are available.
• Merchandise products to achieve schematic compliance and restock shelves.
• Develop and maintain relations with territory store personnel to maximize sales.
• Communicate market insights from retail level to management.
