Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Field Sales Representative to own and drive sales across the Stockton, CA territory, building relationships with store managers and retail staff to meet short- and long-term goals.

You will focus on retail value, shelf presence, displays, promotions, pricing compliance, and problem solving for out-of-stocks while traveling up to 40% and maintaining a 50‑mile territory radius.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred in business/marketing or related field.
• 2+ years of retail sales, merchandising or retail management experience in CPG preferred.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Sell incremental volume for displays and promoted products.
• Sell promotional surveys for displays and collaborations for store-level opportunities.
• Manage and communicate with store-level/district retail teams to drive volume reviews.
• Ensure pricing guidelines compliance at retail and report price changes.
• Identify voids; ensure new items are available and shelf-ready.
• Merchandise to meet schematic plans, rotate products, and handle unsellables.
• Build relationships with territory personnel to maximize sales results.
