Job summary

Acosta in Los Angeles is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive sales growth and strengthen Danone brand presence within an assigned territory. You will engage customers, perform sales and merchandising activities, and build strong relationships to deliver a positive customer experience in a field-based role.

The role requires the ability to travel to multiple stores, strong communication skills, and comfort with smart devices.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales within consumer goods is preferred.
• Familiarity with CPG retail environments.
• Ability to manage territory and route planning.
• Strong merchandising and display execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by promoting and merchandising CPG products in the assigned territory.
• Build relationships with store personnel and clients to grow in-store sales.
• Execute merchandising standards, displays and promotions.
• Participate in in-store and promotional events.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand product distribution.
• Manage territory routing and prioritization.
• Report sales performance and store observations to teams.
