Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive sales and promote Danone brands within a defined territory in LUTZ, FL. This full-time, daytime role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding product distribution and maintaining in-store displays and promotional activity.

You will build strong relationships with customers, perform merchandising tasks, and travel to multiple stores with a focus on meeting performance goals and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused outside sales role requiring strong relationship-building.
• Experience in outside sales, CPG, retail, or field sales is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by promoting and selling CPG products in the territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel and clients.
• Execute merchandising standards including displays and promotions.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand product distribution.
• Manage territory routing and reporting.
