Job summary

The Acosta Group is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive Danone product growth in a Toledo territory. You will engage customers, promote CPG products, and maintain promotional displays while building strong retailer relationships.

The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding product distribution, and delivering a positive customer experience in a field-based environment. Must travel to multiple stores and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Comfortable using a smart device with multiple apps.
• Ability to work independently with remote supervision.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by promoting and selling CPG products and merchandising within assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, store personnel and client stakeholders.
• Execute merchandising standards including displays and promotions.
• Participate in in-store sales events and promotional events.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand product distribution.
• Manage territory routing and prioritization.
• Report sales performance insights to internal teams and clients.
• Complete reporting and administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and merchandising standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and new launches.
• Inform management of store issues, competitive activity, and market trends.
• Ensure full product distribution and display in all accounts.
