Treeline, Inc. is seeking a Field Sales Representative to own a key Tucson, AZ territory. You will manage a daily route with 10 stops per day, Monday through Friday, servicing existing accounts and developing new business.

You will use deep product knowledge to act as a technical consultant for tire shops and automotive facilities, helping solve service challenges and optimize inventory support. This role targets growth with strategic outreach and account retention.

Qualifications

• 2+ years outside (field) sales experience.
• Preference for tire/automotive aftermarket backgrounds.
• Ability to manage a local field route and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily route with a Monday–Friday schedule and 10 stops per day.
• Act as a technical consultant, leveraging product catalogs to solve shop challenges.
• Drive territory growth with targeted prospecting constituting ~20% of daily workflow.
