Job summary

Senske Services in Spokane Valley is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive new business and revenue growth within the assigned territory. You will engage with prospective clients, assess their needs, and present tailored solutions to move from prospecting to closing.

The role requires effective communication, relationship building, and the ability to manage accounts, maintain CRM records, and meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience or related field experience is required.
• Negotiation and influencing skills are essential.
• Consultative selling approach and strong communication skills are required.
• Ability to build customer relationships and provide excellent service.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Travels to potential customer properties to identify needs, provide cost estimates and bids for services.
• Sells programs and services to prospective customers through in-person contact and secures sales.
• Maintains call records, account status, and customer feedback in the CRM system.
• Prepares and maintains proper sales reports.
• Conducts retention and service calls and follows up on service concerns.
