Job summary

Senske-Family-of-Companies is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Boise, ID to drive new business and revenue growth within the territory. You will engage with potential clients, assess needs, and present tailored solutions to move from prospecting to closing, while also growing revenue in existing residential accounts.

The role requires strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills and a track record of meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of selling techniques (prospecting, overcoming objections, closing sales).

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs, provide cost estimates and bids for services.
• Sell programs and services to current and prospective customers.
• Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads.
• Promote and sell products within an assigned geographic area.
• Maintain call records, account status, and customer feedback in CRM.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports.
• Conduct retention and service calls.
• Contact customers to measure satisfaction after service.
